Is it really fall already??  What a time we have all been through...and unfortunately are still going through! Trying to get to some sense of normalcy won't feel normal for a while but we'll get there together. As you get acclimated this fall to the return of in-person learning and events again, keep these things in mind: give yourself grace and patience, reach out to others for help, and know that as you embark on your internship/co-op/full time job search, Engineering Career Services is there for you every step of the way.

Join us at our Welcome Back event on August 25th to learn about all our services and grab some snacks and swag! We also have Career Advisors available for appointments and something new to offer this semester-- Peer Coaches on staff! Keep your eyes open for announcements via The Wire, our weekly student e-newsletter about events, resources, and opportunities. Check out the event announcements, resources, alumni stories, sample jobs, and videos on the ECS website which include a message from our new Dean, Ayanna Howard; Wellness Dimensions; and "Career Success Keys: Advice from Employers." These videos will change each week to include professional and career development topics. If you're not yet registered with ECS and want full access to Handshake, what are you waiting for? NOW is the time!

Wishing you a safe, healthy, and fun semester,

See you soon!
