Practice your elevator pitch and career fair networking skills PRIOR to the SWE Career Fair with representatives from Cleveland Cliffs! Learn tips and strategies from peers and inside advice from the people who do the hiring. There are several success keys that employers look for when recruiting talented engineers. This event covers the following key(s): Communication, Self-Awareness, and Professionalism.
**Although this is a part of the Intern Week program, this event is open to ALL engineering students.**
