Salary negotiation is one of the more exciting, and intimidating, parts of the job search process. This workshop aims to provide graduating students seeking full-time employment with the knowledge and skills to best negotiate their future salary and benefit offers. In this session, you can expect to learn about topics like: job offer components, researching salary resources, the four circumstances of evaluation, creating a successful script, and more! Preparation is key to being compensated fairly, so let Engineering Career Services make that prep a little bit easier!
