Presenters: Tony DiSanza, Director - Consulting, EAS Oracle Practice & James Mondi, AVP – Quality Engineering & Assurance Consulting Practice

Tony DiSanza is a Director of Consulting in Cognizant Technology Solutions EAS Oracle Practice. In addition, he still serves as partner for Blackwell Consulting Services of Ohio. He has consulted with clients in a wide range of industries, including education, state and federal government, financial services and utilities. His areas of expertise include management consulting, administrative systems/ERP, networking architectures, application development, as well as the management issues surrounding the integration of information systems within changing organizations. Mr. DiSanza has more than 20 years of experience in the information systems industry in both consulting and business management positions. Prior to joining Blackwell, Tony gained more than 15 years of experience working at Accenture and IBM.


Jim has almost 25-years of management consulting experience in the IT Process and Quality Transformation space. Jim is the leader of global Process and Quality Consulting practice, which is approximately 200 strong and growing rapidly.   The team focuses on high end process and quality transformation value propositions for new and existing customers. Prior to joining Cognizant in late 2008, Jim was a Vice President of Quality at Transunion. His team was responsible for quality at the enterprise level, in particular driving the implementation of a $150 million IT transformation program.  Prior to that, Jim was a practice lead, /senior executive at Bearing Point and Diamond Management Consultants, leading strategic process and quality initiatives at Fortune 500 companies.  Jim joined Arthur Anderson Consulting in 1987 and also worked at McKinsey and Deloitte Consulting. While at McKinsey, Jim worked at multi-national firms advising on Technology and software solutions. Jim obtained B.S. in Industrial Engineering from University of Illinois and a M.B.A. from University of Chicago.
