E-Council Engineering Expo

Registration Dates:

• Employer Registration opens in Handshake on June 12 for both the virtual day and the in-person day.
• Employer Registration closes on August 18 for the in-person day (unless capacity is reached at an earlier date) and on September 11 for the virtual day.

Registration Requirements:

• We will only consider registrations from organizations actively seeking to recruit engineering students for co-op, internship, and/or full-time career employment positions. Third-party recruiters and staffing agencies are not permitted to attend.
• Table limits per industry and majors hired will be applied at this fair. Because space at this fair is limited, please note that we may not be able to accommodate all registrations. If all fields of the registration form are not completed at the time of registration, your registration will not be approved and you will be waitlisted. If the fair reaches capacity before your waitlisted registration is complete, your registration will be cancelled. Only complete registrations will be considered for approval.

• Career fair registrations will not be approved without a current job posted in Handshake. The job posting(s) must expire after the date of the career fair.

Employers attending the Tuesday, September 19 (IN-PERSON) fair may attend an Interview Day on Wednesday, September 20 from 8:30am to 4:00pm at the Ohio Union, 1739 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43210.

Employers interested in conducting interviews may reserve a table when completing the career fair registration form. Space is limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis. You must also Request an Interview Schedule in Handshake. 

Employers participating in the Monday, September 18 (VIRTUAL) fair may conduct interviews using the virtual platform of their choice.
