The most effective way to recruit engineering students from Ohio State is through On-Campus Recruiting (OCR). The recruiting process is facilitated through CareerEngine, our online career services management system, with the overall goal of making your experience as seamless as possible. Through CareerEngine, you will also have access to candidates outside of the College of Engineering if you so choose.
During peak recruiting season (September-October and February-March), employers will be limited to 8 rooms maximum per day. Corporate Donors may request a total of 10 rooms per day. Please note that this policy does not apply to interview space for the Next Day Interview Events. Please notify us immediately if your recruiting needs change and fewer rooms are needed. This will allow us to accommodate employers on our waitlist.
