ECS Office

ECS serves alumni seeking initial post-graduate career opportunities

Eligibility

You need to be registered with ECS in order to apply for jobs through CareerEngine or have advising appointments. If you graduated fewer than 12 months ago and didn’t register with ECS while in school, it’s not too late!  You may do so now by following the registration instructions (for GS students) located in the “students” tab of this website (Students>Registering with ECS>How to Register)

CareerEngine

  • Students who graduated fewer than 12 months ago have full access to their CareerEngine account.  This provides:
    • resources
Document Library: including company research links
      NACE career advice
    • employer directory
    • job search function
    • ability to apply to job postings

  • Students who graduated more than 12 months ago have limited access to their CareerEngine account. This provides:
    • resources
Document Library: including company research links
      NACE career advice
    • employer directory
    • job search function
    • ability to view job postings but you cannot directly apply to them

Advising

On a very limited basis, alumni can schedule an individual career consultation appointment at Engineering Career Services. Due to staffing limitations, we regret that alumni appointments are rarely available with ECS during peak seasons.
